Coffee Cup by SIAL, The leading international coffee contest.
After a successful 1st edition in 2011 in Toronto, Coffee Cup by SIAL comes back to Montreal.
On May 7th a jury went through all the submissions into the contest in order to select the best roasts. For this second edition of the contest, a total of 13 coffees from countries ranging from Brazil to Bolivia and Canada to Honduras were selected and then judged by this jury of professionals, gathered together for the occasion.
The coffees were submitted in either the certified or regular categories. And the winners are:
