La Cuisine by SIAL
La Cuisine by SIAL, the corporate chefs' « face-to-face ».
Created for chefs from food processors, food retailers, restaurant chains and institutional food services, this contest shows the many talents and creativity of these industry chefs.

The 6th Canadian Agri-Food Export Gala

The 6th edition of the Canadian Agri-Food Export Gala was held on May 9, 2012 at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, as part of SIAL Canada.
Again this year, the Gala recognizes the exceptional contributions of those who are building Canada’s reputation for product excellence in the world, and will pay tribute to the leaders in the nation’s food industry who distinguished themselves on international markets in 2011.
