The three days will embrace three different themes to appeal to all visitors. It will be presenting demonstrations dedicated to the restaurant sector, the grocery and ready-made, as well as specialty foods. Internationally renowned chefs will be performing and revealing professional techniques before your eyes while using SET’s new equipment and the exhibitors’ food products. The Cuisine is the perfect opportunity to study prototypes that interest you and see them in action. It is a culinary sharing space and a synergy between the SET and SIAL Canada events.
